Terms of Service of Vietcan for Item Shipping Service via Travelers.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the item shipping service provided by the travelers for sending items between Morocco and Vietnam using travelers as intermediaries. By using our service, you (“you” or “the User”) agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our service.

    1- Service Overview:

Our service enables individuals or businesses to send items between Morocco and Vietnam by utilizing travelers as intermediaries. Travelers who are willing to carry items can register with us and earn payment per kilogram of items they transport.

This platform is completely free as VNDExpress, Vietcan and other entities do not take or charge any fees for displaying this service.

    2- Sender Responsibilities:

As a sender, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    a) Item Description and Packaging: You must accurately describe the item(s) you intend to send and ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

    b) Prohibited Items: You must not send any illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items as per the laws and regulations of Morocco, Vietnam, and any other relevant jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to review the list of prohibited items and comply with the regulations.

    c) Customs and Import Duties: You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs and import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the relevant authorities. You agree to bear any additional costs incurred due to customs or import-related issues.

    3- Traveler Responsibilities:

As a traveler, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    a) Acceptance of Items: You have the discretion to accept or decline requests to transport items. By accepting a request, you agree to carry the item(s) safely and deliver them to the designated recipient in the agreed timeframe.

    b) Item Verification: You must verify the contents and condition of the items upon receipt from the sender. If you notice any discrepancies, damages, or potential issues, you must promptly notify the sender.

    c) Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs procedures of Morocco, Vietnam, and any other relevant jurisdictions during the transportation of items.

    d) Loss or Damage: While we expect travelers to handle items responsibly, we cannot guarantee the safety or condition of the items during transit. Travelers are encouraged to handle items with care, but any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transportation is solely the responsibility of the sender and traveler.

    4- Payments:

    a) Sender Payment: As a sender, you agree to pay the transportation fees based on the weight of the items to be sent.

    b) Traveler Payment: As a traveler, you will receive payment based on the weight of the items carried. The payment amount will be determined and communicated to you prior to accepting a shipping request.

    5- Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our service.

By using our service, you affirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use our service.
